The Westmoreland Teachers Association is proud to recognize Feona Sweet as the October 2026 Student of the Month! Feona, a member of the Westmoreland Junior Class, was selected by faculty and staff in recognition of her academic achievement, positive character, good citizenship, and involvement in school activities.

Each month, all members of the junior class are initially eligible for this recognition. Students are selected based on several criteria, including maintaining a minimum academic average of 80, demonstrating good citizenship and character, and actively participating in school and community activities. The award highlights students who demonstrate a commitment to their education while making positive contributions to the Westmoreland school community.

Feona has been involved in several extracurricular activities throughout her high school career. Her participation includes Volleyball during her freshman year, Tennis from grades 9–11, SADD Club from grades 9–11, and ACE Club during grades 10 and 11. Through these activities, Feona has had opportunities to connect with classmates, participate in school events, and be involved in different aspects of student life.

Looking ahead, Feona already has plans for her future after graduation. She hopes to attend a cosmetology program with the goal of becoming a hairstylist. Her interest in pursuing cosmetology reflects her plans to continue her education and develop skills that will help her establish a career after high school.

Outside of school, Feona is the daughter of Andrea and Jeremy Sweet, who share in celebrating this special accomplishment.

The Westmoreland Teachers Association Student of the Month program provides an opportunity to recognize outstanding members of the junior class who demonstrate the qualities of academic commitment, character, and involvement. Each monthly honoree represents the many positive contributions students make to our school and community.

Congratulations to Feona on being selected as the October 2026 WTA Student of the Month! We are proud of your accomplishments and look forward to seeing all that you achieve in the future. Best of luck as you continue working toward your goals!
