WESTMORELAND, N.Y.- Staff and students in the Jr./Sr. High School recognized Kindness Day on Wednesday, January 10.
Teachers were encouraged to speak to their classes about how kindness can make a difference in everyday life. There was an appreciation station set up in the cafeteria for students to share kind words with staff, peers and people they may not know.
At Westmoreland Central School District, we pride ourselves on kindness. Throughout the year, we hold assemblies, invite speakers and organizations to speak with our students.
