Dear Westmoreland School community:
Our Yearbook staff is very excited to share their hard work with you. We will be distributing the Yearbook this coming Wednesday and Thursday.
The yearbook is a student-run publication and it is a learning experience for the students who compile the photos, stories and content. As a result, as hard as we have tried- it likely won’t be perfect. We dislike finding mistakes as much as you do, probably even more. We proofread more times than we could count to try to avoid them, but things can still slip by. We did our very best.
We appreciate your help in the coming weeks. It’s unlikely that anyone would mention a football player’s fumble the following Monday in class, or point out how a theater student forgot their lines in the play. However, people tend to love to find errors in a book. Once it is printed, there isn’t anything we can do about the mistakes we’ve made.
Encourage your peers to be kind to the staff. They poured their hearts into this publication, and we celebrate them for their efforts. If you have a concern about the book, please email us privately. If you love the book, tell the world and our staff who spent long hard hours working on it this year!
Thank you for supporting the Yearbook program,
The Westmoreland Yearbook Staff
