WESTMORELAND, N.Y.- Congratulations to these wonderful musicians who were selected to participate in the Oneida County Music Educators Association’s Jr. High All-County Music Festival.
The festival was held at Waterville CSD! The students spent two days in rehearsals to culminate in a concert on Saturday! The students were joined with students from all around Oneida County! Westmoreland had nine students from choir and eight students for band! Congratulations to everyone!
