Mrs. Haggerty's class and the Multiage class had a special visitor yesterday! Naudie, the mascot for the Utica Comets, paid our students a visit! Elementary aged students across the region participated in a Comets coloring contest. Kyler DelVecchio from Mrs. Haggerty's class placed third and Angelina Gattari from the Multiage class came in second! Naudie delivered pizza to both classes! Congrats Kyler and Angelina!

Our Board of Education has created a proposal for a Capital Improvement Project. This would include much needed upgrades to all of our buildings, a multi-purpose all-organic turf field and safety upgrades. Check out our webpage for all the details.

Just a reminder for parents/guardians who have students in the Primary and Upper Elementary schools: there is a half day tomorrow (12/1) due to parent/teacher conferences. Our emergency "go home" early/evacuation drill went smoothly thanks to our students and staff who followed directions perfectly. Thank you! Thanksgiving break has a officially begun! We will see everyone back at school on Monday, November 27! Enjoy this much needed break!

REMINDER: Our district is having an emergency "go home" early/evacuation DRILL today! Please have your phones nearby as we will be sending out text message notifications for when each schools drill starts and ends. Thank you!
DRILL: Tomorrow November 21, 2023 we will have an emergency "go home" and evacuation DRILL for all of our buildings. Each building will start the DRILL at certain times. A text will be sent to parents/guardians when each buildings drill starts and ends. This will help with the pick-up process. Also, please take a look at our website as each building principal has typed up a letter that outlines their plan. Thank you for your understanding!
Don't forget about our battle on the court for a good cause! The Michelle M. Adey Charity Basketball Game is happening tonight at 6:00! You'll get to see coaches take on athletes in the Jr./Sr. High School Gymnasium! There will be basket raffles, halftime games and a 50/50 raffle! In school, students at the Upper Elementary raised money for the foundation by paying $1.00 to wear a hat today! Come join us for a fun time!

Yesterday, Integrated Community Alternatives Network (ICAN) visited the Jr./Sr. High School to talk about the impacts of social media on school aged children.
