Athletics is one of the most important aspects of our extracurricular program.
The athletic program at the Westmoreland Central School District is designed to provide an opportunity for all students to participate in and enjoy the advantages of inter-scholastic competition. It is a privilege, not a right, extended to all students. Therefore, students who participate, do so under the rules that are established by school officials, the Board of Education, New York State Board of Regents and New York State Public High School Athletic Association.
