
SCIENCE OF READING: October 17 is the first community engagement session for the Science of Reading. This collaboration with Sauquoit Valley Central School District brings parents and students together to learn more about the importance of reading, not just at school, but at home too! TRAINING TO BE BETTER: While students are enjoying a day off, some of our teachers are in training! Thank you Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES for offering Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy (DIBELS) training with Dr. Gail Lovette! Our teachers are always looking for new and better ways to make sure our students are getting the best education!



On Wednesday, the Class of 2024 got up bright and early to watch the sunrise! They enjoyed the views with some pastries, hot chocolate, and coffee!

While Erin Gruwell was in town, she stopped by the Upper Elementary School to speak with students about the struggles they may face in their daily lives, and reminded them that they're not alone. Thank you Erin for always giving our students hope!

FOOD DISTRIBUTION: The Country Pantry will hold a drive-thru food distribution tomorrow starting at 9:45 a.m. at the Church of the Annunciation on 7616 East South Street in Clark Mills.
